Torchwood

Well, that was a tad mediocre, wasn't it?

A large part of the pull for that episode was taken away by the fact that it's been done before, recently, by their own people. It reminded me too much of the episode in DW last season with Moaning Myrtle and Peter Kay (which I loved). Also - severe lack of anyone other than Gwen. And when they were in it - they were pissy.

Owen/Gwen - Suzie definitely put them on the outs then, didn't she? Lots of snapping at each other and Jack so sounded like he'd so had enough of them bickering. Oh, and where's Rhys... not at home that night anyway.

Jack/Gwen - handholding at the end there.

Death - Well, Gwen's certainly got a thing for dying... or almost dying. She's gonna go insane.

And, whilst I may enjoy that particular David Bowie track my brain has a habit of mixing it with Life on Mars and Scissor Sisters Return to Oz and then sticking in my head for a week... so great.
