Torchwood, Heroes and a fic rec
Ugh - so annoying I had half this post written and then suddenly the page died and the post didn't re-create itself like it sometimes does.
Anyway - on with the squeeage.
Crossovers have eaten my brain - and the beeb just made it worse. Seriously. That Torchwood promo using the clips of Peter Petrelli of Heroes? Fan-fucking-tastic! *grins*
And then, finally, I got to watch the series finale, double bill showing, of season one of Heroes. Also much with the fan-fucking-tastic! What I wanted and so so much more! In the words of Captain Awesome - awesome!
I also want to rec a series and a particular fic within that series. Any fans of NCIS and Buffy and of Tony and Xander and slash will love it. The Navy Watcher Series is written by kaylashay81. The currently third fic in the series was written for me for the TtH Holiday Fic-athon. The fic in question is Best Gift of All which is rated FR21. Awesome.
Sleep? What's that? Even after only 3 hours sleep last night I think the post awesome TV adrenalin high I'm on right now is gonna keep me awake half the night!
