flat hunting
After two years cramed into a small room I have had it and we are now looking for a flat. It doesn't have to be big or posh or all that central, just decent enough for us to live in rather than to store us in. I have actually all ready found my dream home. It's got a separate kitchen and bedroom and it wouldn't take us too long to get to work, and from the pictures It does look nice. Now, from armillary 's experience of flat hunting, I know that this flat probably isn't on the market any more and even if it was we're not ready to move this instant. And further more being on a very low income both of us, even this relatively cheap flat, is at the higher end of what we can afford. It's not so much the rent that worries me as all the bills you don't think of. Never having rented a flat in the UK before I'm a bit hazy on what sort of cost comes with it. Is there anyone out the with more experience who could give me some pointers as what to expect and roughly how much it would come to?
