Hell danielpauldavis July 11 2009, 00:33:29 UTC
Not it's not. Life is life. Hell is much worse than life, unimaginably worse . . . and eternal. My daughter listens to MCR also, but she knows that heaven is possible thru a simple relationship with Jesus Christ. Neither snicker nor scoff; having Jesus as your Lord and Savior is, inarguably, better than the pain you endure now.

well im going to hell anyway.and i kno because the pain i endure every fucking day of my life is sometimes impossible to endure. sometimes i wonder. but then i think this. i am forbidden in heaven and useless in hell.

Who told you that? danielpauldavis July 11 2009, 01:51:13 UTC
If you come your way, yes, God who sits on heaven as His throne will forbid you. If you come Jesus' way, then you are "accepted in the beloved" and heaven is open to you.
I understand the pain. Seriously. I've been there at that "perfect storm" of realizing that my mother was a paranoid schizophrenic (and what does that make me?), my dad was divorcing my mom (because she had begun afflicting him with her paranoia), because I had no hope, no friends, no future but bleakness--this went on for months.
Some years later, I played scientific experiment and accepted Jesus. My life has only been improvements since then because of the Holy Spirit dwelling in me. He is the only way this world is tolerable.

Ai yai yai. Allow me to distinguish between how humans see things and how God sees things. Humans see sins. Yes, homosexuality is a sin. So is theft. So is lying. However, sins are not what put a person in hell; they are symptoms of the human's much bigger problem. Right now, the Holy Spirit is telling you that you need Jesus. "Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men" (Matthew 12:31). When Jesus dies on the cross, He purchased the atonement for "all sin and blasphemy." You're "gay." Fine. Whatever. I don't tell you to change that; the Holy Spirit does. But first things first, and the first thing is accepting what Jesus did for you on the cross, purchasing your forgiveness. At this exact point, you either agree with the Holy Spirit that you need Jesus, or you decide you don't, which is calling the Holy Spirit a liar, which is "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" which forgiveness is not purchased nor is it purchasable. Cutting danielpauldavis July 11 2009, 19:48:10 UTC
I see it in the same category as tattoos: "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD" (Leviticus 19:28). This results in two interpretations. 1) This is to the Hebrews and is a law for the Hebrews and we Gentiles are not under that law. 2) This is your generic sin like theft or lying and is always wrong ( ... )

I won't tell you to leave Dylan if that's all there is. I won't even tell you to stop sinning. I will tell you to never limit yourself with a "never" because you cannot know the future; you cannot even know your future self.
And Jesus loves you more than you realize. I hope that you merely desire to realize how much Jesus loves you.
