[Bzzt. Jiro yelps and the communicator falls and lands on something, possibly a table, and you get a view facing up at Jiro's face, which is currently wearing an expression of utter shock. He's looking down at his gloved hand, possibly where he'd just been holding the comm, as if unable to believe it exists.]
What...
[Slowly, he reaches up to pull the glove off. The hand underneath looks perfectly normal, yet Jiro seems even more dumbfounded at the sight. He just stares at it for a while before reaching up and touching his cheek.]
...It's warm. I'm... warm.
[He moved quickly out of view of the camera now, so mainly all you can see is the cracked ceiling of some old room. In the background, however, you can hear some things shifting around and another moment of silence.]
A heartbeat! And... breath! I'm breathing!
[And then you hear the happiest, fullest laugh you'll probably ever hear from Jiro. He may even be crying a little bit, but the post times out before you can really tell.]
