roller coaster
This weekend was one of the best weekends I have ever had. Why? Well lets see. I got to see my mom and brothers, who I love very very much and hadnt seen since practically christmas! Then to make it even better, the boy I'm madly in love with spent 4 nights with me. He met the rest of my family. Dustin really loves him, and he admires him a lot....who wouldn't :) Mike also really likes him. I think they really connect, music wise, and they both play guitar....Mike thinks he's awesome, as do I.
It's really hard to be away from all my friends that I love so much, and especially from Josh. This summer is going by pretty slowly. Anyways...we had a great weekend. There was a big family party on saturday. We snuck away and went to the collge pond to find some mutated fish that my brother was telling us about. We didn't find it unfortunately...lol
Sunday, we all went out to eat with my dad. It was at this Japanese restaurant where they cook food in front of you. Our guy was so funny, playing all these jokes on us. He picked on Michael the worst, telling him that he was gay "you dont like girl, you like boy" because he only got vegetables. Then he threw an egg into my mouth, but i got scared and moved and it hit me in the face!!! Everyone was laughing at me. What else is new?! Hhahahah Then he did it again, and it went down my shirt almost. lol
I got to spend a lot of quality time with my Joshua, it was really great. Its those times that I cherish most when we get to just sit and talk. Like the day we sat at the park and walked around, and found the re-re duckling. hahaha And the night we tried to guess what the clouds looked like in the dark, with the moonlight shining on them. I love you so much Josh :)
Everythign was great, until I found that a million people called me sunday night. All telling me that somethign really horrible happened and I needed to call them. I was freaking out. Then I found out my friend, Amanda Stevens died in a car accident. And Jenna is in the hospital in bad condition. There is a funeral service on saturday and I am really going to try to get there. This is such a horrible, tragic thing. I can't even believe it. Amanda was such a great person, she was really going to go somwhere in life. She really loved everyone, especially God. She is in a much better place now. Everyone is going to miss her. We never know when God will choose to allow us to live with him in eternal happiness. When the time comes, it will be better than anythign we could possibly imagine on earth. For the others though, its horrible because we have to miss them. It's scary thoght to know that any of us could go at any moment. And I just want you all to know that I love you very much.
