Broken Ankle... SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!
awww.... My poor momma! She tripped and fell last night, and now she's lying in bed w/ her ankle puffed out so huge, it looks like someone shoved a baseball in it. I told her that she needs to go to the emergency room, and I'd drive (shut up to those of you w/ nasty comments about my driving abilities! I've gotten better!), but she is saying that she doesn't want to, and now she's gonna wait till TOMORROW to go to her personal doctor to get it taken care of, while she's stuck in bed screaming and crying. It makes me so sad, and helpless to aid her... Does anybody else agree w/ me that she needs to go to the emergency room, like now! Her ankle is the size of a baseball, and it's a really dark shade of purple, and she can't even walk, she got up to go grab the phone, and she had to call me in the other room to help her, cause she can't even move the leg very well... I'm REALLY worried! I think she may have broken it...
