i took the title for my last entry and i really liked it. so i decided i would run with it and write something. this is what i got

the ripple effect

one thing starts from another
one things starts a new
like a stone thrown in water
the ripples move farther
the effect never stops
till everything is stable
till the balance is found
only time will tell
and only time can heal

this starts now
we will begin again
take the road less traveled
find our own marvels
we are polar opposites
and the closer we get
the further we push ourselves apart
only time can tell

let us dismiss our mistakes
the clock has tocked
the seconds did flock
cant we be friends?
cant we forgive?
or are we forced to forget?
