so i must be destined not to have a cell phone anymore.
first I lose my regular one like, what, 2-3 months ago?
Then when I'm preparing for the "Finch and Hexta Fiesta", which went pretty well by the way, I drop my (shitty) replacement into the pool cover, and it shorts out.
Next, I finally get a phone after being without one for 3 weeks, and it's an older model, but it still worked. I go into the city, and all of the sudden it loses service. After a huge ordeal on the phone with tech support, they finally tell me to just take out my battery and let it sit for a while, and then maybe after like a half hour, turn it on, and it'll attempt to pick up a new tower. Well it worked! But noo, as soon as I leave the city, it's gone again. What the fuuck. So i go to verizon the next day, and they try to say that: a. the phone is over 3 years old, so it's time for a new one. It's not working because it's so old. b. there is water damage. I think what happened is that when i moved rob's air conditioner, when it leaked on me, some water got to the battery. But this was AFTER i lost service, and BEFORE i got service back the second time. MOTHERFUCKERS.
and i can't afford a new phone right now. GREAT.
fuck verizon. fuck technology. fuck money. aRGHgh
