best summer... EVER.
well, i can't believe it, but camp is over.
it's wierd to recall how much i was dreading it. to think that just two months ago i didn't want to leave. to think that what i would now call my "family", were then strangers. it's surreal to think that i won't be going back there. that i won't be waking up there. that i won't be seeing those people every minute of every day anymore... or maybe at all. i just know that i'm going to try my best to stay in touch with them as best as i can. i love them all so much and they mean the world to me. they've become a part of me and i won't let that part go; not now... not ever.
i move into res on the sixth of september. i'm actually really excited now... because of a few things;
1. my res room really isn't all that small
2. i have confirmation for my residence and my meal plan and have paid my tuition
3. my line of credit was approved and i got a special interest rate because of daddy
4. not only do i know matt (2nd year theatre) at ottawa u, i also found out that scott is returning, that andy is in my program and that PETER FUCKING SLACK IS GOING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA!
i can't even believe it! i love him sooooo much! in fact, if i were to think of one person i'm always guarenteed to have fun with? it's peter fucking slack. oh my shit! i've been so happy ever since i found out when i checked my email when incredibly drunk at our staff party on saturday.
speaking of which, our staff party, where 13 of the most awesome people in the world headed up to niagara falls together to party for one amazing weekend, was officially the best time EVER.
we drank, swam, talked, laughed, danced, got naked and acted like complete idiots for a full weekend of fanciful fun. aww yeah! i fucking love those kids right out the ass.
highlights:
-> erika drinking WAAAY too much on friday, being blown a super and trying to drown herself in the pool since she'd never touched weed before
-> confession session where we admitted to all of the random shit we'd withheld all summer
-> the unveiling of "a book of astronauts for you"
-> drinking too much peach schnapps and getting REALLY FUCKING HORNY
-> spooning
-> shopping for makeups with racchellio
-> playing on the main strip in niagara falls
-> being scared to death of alien mascots
-> buying shortbuses
-> dancing to hilarious songs like "boom boom boom" and "da dip" and "fuck her gently"... soo good
-> pretending to be asian tourists on the observation deck of the falls
-> chasing all mullets and shmullets to capture them on film
-> being in the company of some of the greatest people in the world
so, there'll be tons of pictures on the way tomorrow, but for now you'll just have to imagine the hilarity that will unfold upon arrival of said film. there's some definite money shots. i'm not gonna lie to ya. and some seriously incriminating snapshots.
good fucking times.
well tonight i'm hanging out with the ladies and potentially the gentlemen, so i'm off to ready myself for such an enjoyable evening!
today is a super happy day, not only because of everything i've experinced, but because of the fact that one of the most beautiful people (inside & out) this world has ever seen was born today... twenty years ago.
to one of the most amazing people i've ever had the pleasure of knowing, the most genuinely kindhearted girl in existence, to one of my closest and kindest friends, fellow improv alumnists, and my favourite adopted big sister...
