A/N: OKay, let me just say straight off the bat. THERE IS NO MORE COMING. THIS IS IT. DO NOT ASK ME FOR MORE BECAUSE I WILL SLAP YOU WITH A VERY LARGE FISH. Seriously though, oneshot only. I didn't even WANT to write this and it just kept pestering me. So I got it out of my head in under five hundred words.
Jake Jensen has to be the skinniest white boy Roque's ever seen. He's got these knobbly knees and his ribs stick out under his skin like he never eats whenever he takes off his shirt. This is despite the fact that they've all seen Jensen eat, and the kid can pack away food like it's going out of style.
Jensen is also the craziest pop'n'locker Roque's ever seen. The kid can move like he's made of cartilage and double joints.
“Yo, Jensen.” He has no idea where Pooch found him, but from the way Pooch grabs his hand and pulls him in for a half-hug means they know each other from somewhere other then school.
“Hey Clay. How's It going?” Clay nods at him, hat backwards and oversized aviator shades blocking the sun from his eyes. “Sup Roque.” Roque grunts at him and goes back to slouching against his car and watching the way he moves from one guy to the next. “Hey Cougs.” He grins at the long haired Latin boy who smiles shyly back.
They're outside some pretentious club 'cause of Clay's newest obsession. Some ballerina type that keeps blowing Clay off and acting like she knows everything about street moves. Girl can dance, Roque's not saying she can't, and he'll be the first one to knock you down a few notches for making fun of something as girly as ballet. Hell, he's taken more then a few classes to learn how to limber up properly.
But if Aisha's gonna hang around them, even for the few weeks it'll take for Clay to get bored with her and move on to the next dark-eyed floozy who shoots him a smile, she needs to know how to do some proper dancing. Girl can't even do a proper Apache step. That's just sad.
