Becuase it is not America? Or Britten right now? What Provence do you live in? I live in North-Eastern Ontario (right now) If my Dad gets a job as an IT dude at a mine around Kapasgassing (sp?) We might be moving there. He is from Kap so he would be used to the snow. I will have to get myself a parka for winter XD
