In the past few days I have...
~ finished painting my room
~ registered for classes
~ almost finalized my assistantship
~ gotten lost...really, really, really lost
~ tested out my swimming pool and jacuzzi
~ seen the director's cut of "Donnie Darko" at the theatre
~ had a helicopter search light pass over me at Cold Stone Creamery
~ been completely bored while reading a "love letter"
~ received an email in which the words "loving", "taking", and "movie" were spelled wrong
~ lost most of my patience
~ been mooned
Today I am off to run some last-minute errands before our trip to Kitt Peak. There is a dinner picnic and "star party" for the new grad students tonight. We are supposed to all cram into a van and ride together but I think I may just drive myself. An hour trip with no A/C is bad enough, but everyone seemed kind of odd. I met two girls that seemed cool at first, but that has already changed. Sucks to be me.
