Airmail with certified mail with delivery confirmation (Post is sending back the undersigned advice of receipt to the sender. It makes sure, that the letter was delivered. It can be required for important papers or terminated post.) costs 9,85€ and it needs 4-7 days.
So all together: Not insured: 21€ or insured: 24,85€
