WESBLOG09!
So I started this blog that has nothing to do with Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan. It's called WesBlog09
and it's basically just a place for us to get the incoming frosh pumped
about Wesleyan. Anyone is free to join the team and post as much
as they'd like...also, I need someone to make the site look all
pretty. Let me know if you'd be interested in joining the
team. It'd surely give you something to do over the summer.
The things I'm looking for are...
- stories about your Wesleyan experience ranging from essay form to
a sentence as long as, "My parents were visiting and we got mauled by a
stampede of streakers".
- general information about academics, athletics, dining, etc. that they wouldn't find easily on Wesleyan's website.
- with permission, MP3s of campus bands or a former Wesleyan student's band
- profiles of student groups
- maybe a "get to know you" weekly post where we interview a current wes student and a random incoming frosh
- news or information on notable alumni
