In Which I Time Travel and Return Home

   I have just returned from three weeks of vacation in the United States. After having not returned for 18 months I arrived and promptly went on an epic 3500 miles roadtrip the length and breadth of the west coast (this is the northbound half).



The Toughest 74 Miles   On any given trip I swear the hardest part of the journey is to the airport

I genuinely wanted to see if if I messaged people if my phone would try to sort the messages by time stampt and thus put new messages in behind messages sent before I left that would have had a later time stamp. Oh well, maybe next time.

I brought a chainsaw to my friend in Jamaica a few years ago. I checked ahead of time if the airline would let me check it... only as long as it was new in the box and had never contained gasoline.

Hmm this one was both new in the box and had never contained gasoline but they still weren't having it :-/

Well, it seems fair enough to me if the airlines make the guys spend heaps on their faces too. I know they require specific lipsticks even for the women, not just colour, but brand as well. I know a couple have certain shades of MAC allowed only.

Never flown with Virgin, maybe some day we will find cheap enough tickets with them! I love the flying part, but airports are a drag these days.

They were super cheap between Australia and America! It's more often like $1200 but this round trip was around $600!

Ooooh, wow! Yeah for that price we'd happily fly to Oz! We've yet to find cheap enough tickets, but we keep looking.
