I happened to be talking to Cheyanne the other night and I went to go look at her DJ. This entry in particular caught my attention:
"I had this sticker on the back window of my blue mustang, it was a picture of a broken heart, and underneath it read "who's next?" I always thought I was some sort of badass driving around with that sticker, because i've broken many a heart in my lifetime. When my car got totaled, before the wrecker took it to the impound, I peeled off the sticker and stuck it on my computer.
Now as I sit here in the dark, looking at the sticker, I think of the irony, and how I never thought that the answer to that question would be "me" "
How tragically poetically sad. But whenever I think of irony, I think of my favorite example of it: a fire hydrant spraying a dog. And along with the example comes a wonderful mental picture.
