Thursday - I recieved a call from Kathy while I was working, telling me to come outside of COM with their tickets to Eric's play. Hahaha. Neither Danielle, Amber, nor Kathy had talked to me all day, or for at least a week about Eric's play (at which time I told Dani I might be able to go, if I didn't have to work), and they all went to COM without talking to me at all and expected me to be there with tickets for them...well, that's what you get for assuming, bitches. I missed Eric's play due to stupid work but still made it to the midnight showing of HP. It was declared to be good by all except those who decided that it would be more fun to go see it drunk. It was the best Harry Potter movie I've seen, although I was distracted by thinking for much of the movie. Seeing someone there made me much more upset than I thought it would. That turned out okay, though. Not long afterwards, I tried to perform a mirandasectomy on my life but the operation failed.. horribly.
Friday - I didn't have to work so I took Cassie to No Sex Please, We're British. Eric had an even more minor role than I thought, damn. I guess I was fooled by his repeated description of having to help the asian girl undress, but that turned out to be backstage. The play was hilarious though - we should definitely all go again on the last night!
Saturday - I saw The Day After Tommorow with Dani and Amber immediately after getting off of work. It was entertaining in an Independence Day-kind of way (except..not as good.. it was worth seeing..once). How ironic...ha. Then we went to Nick's briefly so Danielle could drop by the party that was being thrown for her, but no one was there yet. Dani and Amber left, I sweated in my car and tried to catch up with the 495839472097502702 missed calls and voicemails left on mah cellphone. Then I picked up Cassie and headed to her friend David's party. It was interesting to see how similar social groups are. David and Joe seemed cool, although I didn't get to talk to Joe much..but, eh, everyone was drinking anyway.
Tonight (when it was still Sunday) - I took Eric, Amber, and Cassie to see Alexisonfire and Emery. We showed up a little late and ended up missing the first band that played (Hawthorne Heights) and then caught 2 1/2 songs by Emery, who sounded awesome live, I'm really disappointed that we didn't get there sooner. Then Alexisonfire came on and kicked ass. They played great songs from their first cd and the new ones sounded good too. How silly. Eric and I have been saying "Alex is on fire" when it's actually "Alexis on fire". We're dorks. Anyway, the show closed with Silverstein, whom no one had heard before, but they definitely warranted being listened to. Now I require food and sleep. The end.
I want you....to take me out.
