Looks like I was wrong about not being able to see anyone Saturday night, and I'm really happy about it! I don't know how we're going to get Danielle there, if Amber is going to pick her up or if we will get another girl to pretend to be picking up Dani, but we definitely have to get her in somehow. I can't wait, I think I am getting my hopes up too much, but I just miss hanging out with everyone so much.
So today was pretty eventful. I went and got my transcript from SFHS, saw a few people I haven't in forever (including Brent, he looked very tired and sad). It felt really good going back to the school and knowing I was done with it and going on.. then I went to COM and finally got registered (I had to apply a bit of charm to the counselor to get out of taking the math entrance exam, but I was exempt from everything else) and my schedule is going to be awful. It looks like this:
Tuesday and Thursday
Speech 11am-12pm
Biology 1:30pm-4:20pm
Math 5pm-7:05pm
Saturday
English 9am-11:50am
I don't have my books yet, don't know what I'm going to do inbetween classes, and I don't even know where the rooms are, I'm so unprepared! And they're probably going to give me a lot of trouble at work because they already set me up to be working on Tuesdays but I was screwed either way because they also have me working on Mondays and at COM you HAVE to either go on a Monday or Tuesday.. well, I hope they don't fire me. I'm not going to have any time at all.. stupid freaking manager at Fry's, I told her when I was hired I would want to be part-time now and she says, "I don't remember that." *growls*
Then I went to get Miranda and everything was better. I met her friends that are in town for a few days. Things were a little quiet and boring at first, then we watched Donnie Darko (which is a really great movie, I hadn't seen it before), and afterwards the guys pulled out Smash Bros. and there was much pwning. Somewhere inbetween they accepted me and I felt comfortable enough with their weirdness, so it all worked out and was fun, though I didn't get to spend enough time with Miranda at all..I miss you so much, Miranda. I wish we would have more time, I wish I could have made you forget everything that's wrong. I love you. (sorry if that grosses anyone out, you're just going to have to deal with it). Then I drove home after dropping her off, speeding down the freeway alone with the windows down, blasting Thrice and singing with the rain and wind rushing past. I love that feeling.
Also, thanks to Eric for being awesome and making me a new icon. It took him awhile to make it and I appreciate it. So to the namecallers *ahem Dani*, you can bite me.
