Small clearing in Fandom [early, early, oh so early Monday morning]
Anakin stalked off of the transport, then turned back to give Obi-Wan a small smile.
"You'll be all right?" Obi-Wan asked, glancing down at the black glove on Anakin's right hand. "You aren't the first Jedi to have such an...experience."
Anakin snorted. "It hasn't happened to you, has it?"
Obi-Wan looked uncomfortable. "Well...no." His eyes searched Anakin's face. "Mind your anger, my Padawan. You need to accept this."
Anakin bit his lip. "Yes, Master." He lifted his pack over his shoulder with a small grimace. "Be sure to pass on my thanks to the Council for allowing me to be come back here for the summer."
Obi-Wan's eyes were worried, but he nodded. "I'll see you in a few months, Anakin." With a small wave, he walked back into the transport.
Anakin watched until the transport took off, cradling his right hand in his left, before heading towards the dorms.
