blahh.
heres some good dang irony:
I ran like a whole mile at 7mph, while holding 1lb weights.
then. i did like 30 sit ups.
then ran another half mile.
then. i jumpped in the pool, and swam like 15 laps...
irony:
then i get changed, and eat a shiiiiz load.
LOL.
i think im gunna do that(without the eating) at least two or three times a week.
thenn. maybee ill be toned.
and. good'n'ready for a relationship.
EDIT: and. ill be secure enough to think about a relationship..
