209 lbs (So either yesterday's reading was a fluke, or last night's Taco Bell binge had enough salt that I was retaining 7.5 lbs of water this morning. What? It could happen.)
Off day
My skin needed a break from the sun today. I got to it before it got really bad with the aloe and advil so it doesn't hurt, but I'm still red like uncooked meat. Still trying to find a nose clip somewhere in town so I can do actual laps have to hold my head above water.
Breakfast: 2 poptarts - 400 calories
Lunch/dinner: sushi - 720 calories
Drinking: water/ iced tea with sweet&low
Calories: 1120
Success! Found a clip at HEB so tomorrow is lap day. Woo!
