Professional Oversight Committee, an organization charged with the task of overseeing base operations. The two have really hit it off -- but something is holding Jack back, and Kerry knows it.
Colonel Carter is facing personal issues on multiple fronts: Sam is having second thoughts about her engagement to Pete Shanahan, who has just bought a house for the two of them. She tries to talk to Jack about her feelings for the general, but is interrupted when Kerry arrives. And her father, the Tok'ra Jacob Carter, is seriously unwell.
