Oooo, that's a shocking pink!
Have just about recovered from my 2 night bender followed by a day at Alton Towers. I made a completely fool of myself at my birthday party, but that has to be expected really! My speech that I gave consisted of the words 'Thank You' x 5 and 'I love you all'. Then I spent the rest of the night dancing my tush off to loads of great songs. It was a shame some of the people I really wanted to be there couldn't be, or had to turn up much later than it started but I'm thankful that I've got so many great friends.
Then I got up at 6 to go to Alton Towers. The first thing we rode was the Spinball Whizzer, which is basically a waltzer on a rollercoaster track. Not the best thing to go on with a raging hang over. Still, the day was fun, even if my cousin did start crying her eyes out on 'Air' because she didn't like it...And since when has the ghost train at Alton Towers been THAT scary? I was all ready to shoot the not very scary ghosts with the gun thing you get in the carriage until the first spirit jumped out at me, and which point I tucked my head into my hands and spent the rest of the ride like it. Horrible. Then we went to this concert thing which was the most hilarious thing I've ever been to. I will not say anything more for fear of offending some people but lets just say if I had been told about it be someone else, I wouldn't have believed it. And it was so sickeningly patronizing.
