I respect what Ryan and Jon have done with their own band, yeah? I really like the Young Veins. I love the bandmates they've picked up, and I'm proud of them for proving that they actually COULD pull it together and get an album out.
In the same vein, i'm a little disappointed in Brendon and Spencer for getting so little done in the past year.
HOWEVER. This AP article? Was just fail, boys, simply fail.
They're giving all the haters more ammunition bash on them with. If it had happened to me, I'd be pissed too. But. They really just came across as egotistical and spiteful.
And it wasn't just Ryan! Like everyone's gonna say it was, because Ryan takes all the hate. He was part of it, but Jon was just as nasty.
It might all be true, i don't know. But it's seriously bad press.
