Big thanks to _secondthought for handling the voting for my last challenge. Something came up, and I had to go out of town. Banners for the last few challenges I've held are under construction, I promise, and I'll post them as soon as all of them are done. For now, challenge 16.

This is a theme challenge. Your theme is blue. No, the icon does not have to be blue. What Emmy's wearing has to be blue. Yes, that means either her dress, pants, shirt, hat, or purse has to be blue. You may use a picture of her in or out of character.
