internet usage caps
Comcast considering a net usage cap
I don't know much about this, so I'd love to hear some opinions. I think I approve of it - I don't come anywhere near the caps they're talking about setting, mostly because I don't do a lot of downloading, and I think that it's fair that I get to pay less given that I use less bandwidth.
Are there issues here that I don't know about that make this a bad idea?
