multi-colored

Okay, so last night was the winterball, screw that. I suck at dancing and it wouldn't have been a fun time for me. Instead of going to that, me and Lexie went snowboarding at Yawgoo. Interesting time there. It started off real bad, but then got much better by the end of the night. First of all, as we were getting our stuff on, these two kids kept on telling us to lick this kids feet. It was gross but me and Lexie just started cracking up. Then we went outside and went on the ski lift. First of all I'm afraid of heights like that, like bridges and what not. So I was scared because I'm always afraid that it's gonna break. Then we went down the hill, but it was horrible because I'm still just a beginner at snowboarding. I just started taking lessons this year with Lexie and I've only had three so far, and during my last lesson I fell down and hurt my back and had to sit in ski patrol for an hour. So going down the hill was horrible. Although I was getting better as we were coming to the bottom, I managed to dig my toe side of my board into the snow and landed so hard on my knees and left elbow. I now have a multi-colored bruise on my right knee, and I can't move my left arm all that much. Oh well. Then after that painfull experience we went inside and warmed up. After that we went back outside but stayed on the rope tow and bunny hill. By the end of the night I mastered the "falling leaf" which we were learning in lessons. That night we saw Brandon Rice, Zack Smith, Alex Fava and Monny. Thank-god Monny brought a friend and they both ski. Over all, my night was pretty good (except-the-landing-on-my-knees-and-elbow part).

This morning my dad and I went to Stop & Shop to get food, you know before the big storm, and omg there was soo many people in there. It was sheer craziness.
A part of me wants there to be no school on Monday (highly doubt that will happen, seeing Mr Pini is like from fricken Antarctica) but then another part of me wants there to be school on Monday. The first two exams I have is my Keyboarding one, and Health. Blah. I decided that I'm going into school late on Wednesday because I can and I hate waking up at 5:30 every morning. School is sucking horribly for me at the momment. I don't like any of my teachers that much, except Ms K. Mrs Volpe is horrible now and she came down real hard on our essays. She was really critically. Mr Bridgeham, he can be funny, but he like SUCKS at teaching and gives us the same old fricken boring assignments. Mrs. Parson, shes just there, not the worst, not the best. But second quarter was just horrible for me. I hope I get the classes I wanted for the second semester.

Recently, Chelsea Ordner and I have been thinking of memories we had together and memories of elementary school. That was a fun time. Elementary school was great because it was a time when anything goes, no one cared about what you wore and how to wore it, and we didn't know anything about sex and drugs, and we just played baseball or kickball with our neighbors till it got dark. Elementary school was when we almost never fought, and we had recess and snack-time and cute little crushes on cute little boys (now most of whom have grown up to be jerks, but its all good). Elementary school was when we didn't have to worry about our grades and what colleges we wanted to go to and doing the right thing when we grow up. I miss elementary school. And elementary school was when Tommy Philips was like a brother to me. He was great, we had sooooooooooo many memories together. From kickball to making forts, from sledding to getting married at recess in like 1st grade. If anyone knows his screenname, I'd love you forever if you gave it to me. I know he kind of changed the past couple years he was at Chariho, but he was so nice to me and we were like brother and sister when we were little.

Anyway, my brother is coming home from England Sunday night. From the phone calls hes made, it seems like hes had a pretty good time. I will laugh if he starts saying words with an English accent or says different things. God I love him. lol

I got a straightning iron from Nicole, because I've always wanted to see my hair perfectly straight. So I'm off to straighen my hair (this should be interesting seeing I can't use my left arm all that much. Hmmm oh well...)
