Partially Friends Only
I've decided to make my LJ partially 'friends only' because I sometimes write personal things that I wouldn't want the entire world to see, and if you want to friend me, leave a comment and tell me something about yourself.
My name is Emma and I'm an 19 year old Danish graduate now based in London, UK.
I'm probably like your typical teenager; I like to go shopping, I like to complain about stuff, I like parties, I love to crawl into my bed after a long day of learning and watch an episode of one of the many many shows I'm following or attempt to finish one of the many fan fics I'm always in the process of writing because whenever I finish one, I start two more. I like to read, whether it's a book or fan fiction, it doesn't matter.
I've been in fandoms since I was 11 and I still haven't figured out how to get out - I'm not really sure I want to, either. I've gotten amazing friends thanks to fandom. I actually met my housemate on Tumblr a few years ago.
I like boybands. It's a weakness. All of their cliché and cheesy songs go straight to my heart, always have, always will. (This is my very subtle way of letting you know that I like One Direction a lot. I know. I didn't see it coming, either.)
I have no idea what I want to do with my life. But that's not very unusual, is it? Chances are that I'll be studying English at uni before I know it.
I'm here for all the girl groups.
I love traveling. I've been to countries such as Turkey, Egypt and Italy. Not really the countries I'd most like to visit, since I'm not really a person who can spend days tanning by a pool doing absolutely nothing. Which is also why I'm more into going places such as London, Madrid, Berlin and Paris because I'm able to go sight-seeing and see historical places.
Also, I'm quite obsessed with this 29 year old radio host from England, his name is Nick Grimshaw. I don't even know what happened but he's lovely.
