So what you're saying agout your knees is a good thing overall right? If so, then I'm glad to hear it! Can you relocate the patella back to its home? (feel free to mock me for my complete lack of medical know-how
( ... )
It is! I was rather afraid of a ligament tear and complicated surgical procedures to repair it, but at the moment, there seems to be no indication for that. The dislocation can be ignored if isn't debilitating--after all, I have been walking around for eight years on that floating kneecap. :)
I don't understand the Padalecki hatred, either; opinions may vary on his acting ability (personally, I think he's pretty darned good), but he seems like such a decent, happy guy. Both him and his wife cop a lot of hatred and vitriol that they don't deserve.
This is the recap I was talking about. If TwoP is anything like that (and I've heard stories) then I'm glad I've never been there.
Vent away! :) I've pretty much been rendered speechless.
That "recap" was some seriously nasty verbal diarrhea. It was far too full of gripe to even give the reader a proper idea of what the episode was about. At least she got the point across that she hated the episode and that nearly everyone involved in the show is incompetent. Good for her. I'm sure the tv show she produces writes and acts in is far better. Oh wait...
Innsmouth used to have fairly readable recaps/reviews ages ago, but I stopped reading somewhere during season 5 I think. It was probably when this person took over the recaps.
Holy crap. I've never seen such self-indulgent spew in all my days. That was not a review; that was an assassination. And it went on and on and on and on...
She couldn't have been more abrasive and overtly biased if she tried. What ever happened to reviewers being fair and balanced? The episode was NOT as bad as she made it out to be (though I could see her point about the sloppy hospital practices), nor was there any call to be personally insulting to the actual people involved (as opposed to the characters.) Frankly, that discredits her as a reviewer, in my eyes. If she's got an ax to grind? Grind it in private. I hope to hell Innsmouth isn't paying her for this tripe.
And it felt like only those posters who agreed with her got their responses published. I want SO BADLY to respond, but I dunno. I'm fairly certain I'll get either slaughtered or not posted at all. I hate this kind of so-called 'reviewing'. At least ADMIT to your bias, Ms. Stiles. Then I can know to avoid your reviews in the future.
Eeesh. I clicked her homepage link? She's an EDITOR over at Innsmouth! Well there you go. I predict my reply won't get posted. Innsmouth is her baby; guess she can say what she likes.
