Ack! That was pretty disturbing! Really illustrates the ways in which horrific experiences can turn people into the thing they never wanted to be. (Incidentally, being that it's Dean, I'd say there's a 50/50 chance he'll be brought back to life to deal with his bother, so that would be interesting to see.)

Sam setting off to destroy the world at the end is a really chilling image, both in the pic and within the story itself. Brr. A really nice take on the antichrist!Sam theme from a new and much more cutting direction than any others that I've seen. Well done, really enjoyed this.

The thing that kept nagging me about Sam's time down under was: two hundred years with Lucifer's weird brand of love/hate, versus twenty seven years of the Winchesters' weird brand of love/hate... which would win? It's pretty much going to change you forever.

The pic fit the tone of the last scene better than I could've ever hoped for. And, yes, it would be interesting if Dean were resurrected to deal with this Sam. Oooh, the possibilities...
