i've been in a slump, but I want to get back into writing poetry and improving upon where I left off...any suggestions?

I saw this post earlier and I gave it some thought. Not an original thought, mind you, but how about reading some excellent poems and free write responses to them. You could take one line from a poem and write your line, and so on. Might be a fun experiment.

Start writing down you dreams. Or, record them on a little deck, then write them down.

Or, find a route that you like to walk. After each walk, write down what you experienced.
