things are hard
cleared one of my stresses today, which is yay, but there are a few more to go yet.
a major one tomorrow.... hopefully the admin office takes pity on me.
so yeah, fingers crossed there.
at work, we keep sending one of my poor poor babies home with a fever. nearly every day. whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy don't you just keep him at home? he's not getting any better, and i while i know both parents work, he's stayed home with grandparents before. let the poor kid get some rest and recover instead of bringing him back to school every morning!
today we checked his temperature after lunch and it was 38.6C - we called mom but there was no answer, so we kept him at school for nap time. and then he woke up early and was HOT, so we checked again and it was up to 40C.
we called dad this time, and after five tries got an answer.... and since dad was coming from work, it took an hour for him to be picked up still. during which we just put ice packs on his futon and put him down on top of them, and he didn't complain at all. my poor baby!
