DOUB
I'm so grateful to have buttered matzos in my life.
I wish I was able to see Ben Folds. Anyone driving to Nashville next weekend? please?
Well, I'm here at my sister's apartment. I've stayed with her since Wednsday night, and I'm loving every minute of it. The First DOUB was excellent, we went to Pei Wei for dinner and just sat around having a good time with Jen, Liz Schultz, and her sister from ABC. That night, my sister and I rented Red Eye and Flight Plan, two of the best movies I've seen lately. Friday we took our bikes riding along the white rock lake trail. It was so beautiful, and I was impressed that I got a little burn! (sun burn, that is). But since the trail was 10 miles, I suppose my legs got a burn too.
Last night Kurt took us out to dinner at this neat mexican catina place with all these neon lights. He was on his motorcycle, and when he decided to follow us home for some unleavened cheesecake, he had a difficulty driving on I-75. All these huge guys in Harleys were in the fast lane, and here was poor Kurt, just going along...50 mph or so. It was hilarious.
Today: slept in late, getting ready for our Dinner Dance this weekend in Dallas. It's going to be so much fun!
