she says, a little smile
on her face but her eyes
betray the lies
her face white as the bones
poking out through her skin
so much pain goes
into being so thin
but she'll never let on
the struggle
she'll never admit
the hunger
isolating herself in a smile
and all she'll say is,
i'm fine

Wow, coolest thing ever. Today i went to get my body fat % checked with Austin after our swim practice. He, of course, was 7% at 148 pounds (and he has a very nice body). But I went down to 15.4 which is pretty good for me. I must say, that is amazing and now i feel so happy.
My stats as of now:
Height: 5'6"
Current Weight: 121 (used to be 126, yay)
Lowest Weight: 117
Goal: 115
Body Fat %: 15.4 (i was 17.3 2 weeks ago)
Pounds of fat on my body: 19
