i need more hours in a day...
it's been awhile since my last update so i figured i would fill people in quickly.
* chancel drama was amazing - so much fun! i loved this year's cast and had a blast acting like a kid again. thankfully, i got my voice back enough to be able to sing the friday and saturday shows so i didn't have to do the whole run as the lip sync version. =)
* classes are going well but keeping me busy yet again (hence part of the reason for the subject of this update). with an elementary music practicum and recital prep thrown in, i'll have plenty to keep me occupied but since i love every minute of it (or at least most minutes) it's worth it even if i have a crazy schedule.
* i know at least one of my student teaching placements for the fall! i'll be teaching hs choir and drama at milton hs w/russ wynn. yay! hopefully soon i'll find out my second placement.
* less than a month until my 21st!
* i am most definitely smitten =) i feel like there should be a catch somewhere since every other time something has started to work out relationship-wise, it all falls apart. but i'm trying not to second guess and just enjoying the moment. unfortunately that leads to a major lack of motivation when it comes to doing work since all i want to do is spend time with him. i just have to get used to balancing a relationship w/all my work and other activities and then everything will be fine.
not as brief as i had intended but at least it's an update. =)
