Interested in a pretty good weight watchers pumpkin recipie?
Pumpkin Fluff
1 cup = 1 point
1- lg can (29 oz.) Libby's Pure Pumpkin (must be Libby’s)
1- 8oz container Fat Free Cool Whip
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Spice
1 Lg. Fat Free/Sugar Free box instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
(do not make the pudding, just use the mix)
Variations:
-You can also add other spices that you would normally put in
pumpkin pie (nutmeg, cinnamon etc...)
-Graham cracker crust or crushed graham crackers
Add all ingredients and whip (or whisk) pour in pie crust and
put in fridge
