College Kids Do Karaoke
Once again I have been without the use of internet for the past week which is always fun I suppose, I have actually been doing something productive for the majority of the time though which makes a change to the usual regime! Sitting in college at the moment and no doubt I'm procrastinating as per usual, I did think I'd be hungover after a particularly heavy night at 'Le Swan' last night but I'm not feeling too terrible! Had the guts to sing karaoke and got through hahahaha I did not take myself at all seriously and swung the mic like a true pro on the instrumentals...Debbie Harry would be proud, of course I sang Blondie (Call Me), anything else would have been wrong! I'm through to some semi-final next week (even funnier) I don't know what to sing though so any suggestions would be appreciated, I'm thinking maybe The Pretenders (Brass In Pocket), Blondie (One Way Or Another) or Madonna (Material Girl) Esther said I shouldn't sing Blondie again otherwise I'll look like a tribute act or something...a title I wouldn't be too embarrassed about having, after all it is only The Swan.
I don't know how the hell I'm gonna spend the next 2 hours, I have absolutely nothing worthwhile to do except maybe loaf on the internet. I think I'll be happy once the coursework gets given out, at least it'll give me something to do in between lessons.
