The good news... and the bad
+ I didn't die at Yoga last night, even though I didn't realize it was Yoga Core (ouch!) until it was too late and even though I haven't been since before Paris ...

+ The heat wave has finally broken; after 90+ degree weather for what seems like WEEKS, today's high is 83.
- Yesterday, Bob (my boss) announced that he is leaving us.
