Once upon a time I wrote some very nice slash drabbles - Taking in the Sights and 90 Degrees - that were very hot and very summery.

I kind of wanted to do that again, but I didn't really want to do just Billy/Charlie or just Billy/Don or just Billy/Colby - which is the N100 Challenge Pairing this month.

So I'm doing them all.

Oh, and Billy/Ian because I needed a fourth.

So rather than a series, I'm doing one fic per Billy pairing and prompt: In the Sea with Colby first, the second with Charlie, the third with Ian and the fourth with Don. FWIW It's no accident that the second and fourth drabbles echo Taking in the Sights and 90 Degrees (you'll understand when you see them). They might not be sequels to those original drabbles, but I'd bet they come out looking mighty inspired by them!

For now, in this fic anyway, alliteration and repetition FTW!

Amusingly this fic came out in first draft with each of the lines almost identical in length: 16-18 words each. Since 100 is not divisible by 6 evenly, the final fic ended up 17/16/16/17/17/17. /sigh/ If only my first draft had been 5 lines; it could have been so pretty and so symmetrical.

Tease - Seriously that was fantastic. Love your writing style. You nail the characters every time.
I'm not greedy but I can't wait for the others (would love more Colby/Billy too)

LOL Hey, I may tease, but I do deliver the goods - eventually. /grins/ One thing you can say about me is that I offer up plenty of fic - don't have to wait long for new things to read on this LJ! ;-)

Thanks for the lovely praise though. I'd love more Colby/Billy myself, but Billy/Charlie is on the docket before then at the moment as far as longer fic goes.

Between the novel Virtue and my upcoming SPN big bang there's not a lot of room on my LJ for extra N3 fic this month, but there should be plenty of room for new stuff other than drabbles in August. :-)
