Maybe I'm just cranky today...

I sympathize with your frustration. However, please understand that
the information provided in our last message correctly represents
our policy at this time.

A mail was already sent to you on September 20 , 2006 that this
order was cancelled." In accordance with our posted policies on
pricing, we are unable to offer these items for the incorrectly
posted promotional price. Therefore, we have cancelled your order.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in our notification."

You know, this response would make sense if the message telling me my order hand been cancelled was sent BEFORE I wrote to ask what had happened to my order. But thanks for suggesting I don't know how to read.
