I just finished an outstanding book this morning about an 81 yr-old woman that goes to live by herself, more or less, in the middle of nowhere in the 50s. True story. It had a fabulous ending. It makes me wonder what my ending will be someday.
I have decided that LiveJournal no longer serves any purpose for me. And, I think that the people that really want to talk to me and hear from me will email me instead of looking here.
With that I want to go out on a few closing thoughts. Probably will be a pretty crappy ending but this is what I'm thinking.
-I am so lucky to have friends; everybody is. None of us are perfect and I'm really glad that people find each other and know what they have. I have almost blown it so many times in my life because I didn't realize what I would lose. I'm glad that, so far, that has worked out for the best.
-I really love the healthy, clean smell of a post-run sweat. It's not the same as that nasty "I've been sitting on a plane" too long sweat, for example.
-If you think law school is right for you, do it. It sucks, it's hard, and often it's unrewarding. But it's also probably one of the best experiences of your whole life. You know who you are when you finish this crazy, insane-o project.
-If you want to email me because I'm not using LJ anymore the easiest email is my first and last name at gmail dot com. I hope you'll email me. I don't want to stop talking to you just because I don't use LJ.
-Everything you need to know in life you can learn from Eleanor Roosevelt. She knew everything. Seriously.
