1, Mum is doing much better - she now seems to be about where she was expected to be a few weeks after the operation. She can stand for short periods, sit for short periods and lie down. I am so pleased that is seems like they won’t need to operate again.
2, Through the use of massive bribery, I have convinced Ruby to let me put cream on the rash on her face in return for a story and a sweetie every time it happens. I hope that she may shortly look like less of a little unkempt orphan.
3, The builder next to my parents has given up his 2cm try on! Hooray! I think getting the lawyer to be seen photographing the fence was enough evidence that my parents weren’t going to roll over for him and let him take the little bit of land.
