Hmm, I like the stubble but I know what you mean. Maybe it's the angle, maybe it's the vacancy in the eyes/shot but there's something very distant and cold about it that I'm not sure I'd like.

Also? I stumbled across a scene on youtube from Gilmore girls (which I've never watched before) where Jared spins around and kisses the hell out of the girl and DAYUM - now I'm equally in love with him as with Jensen...

And I concede - he OWNED Born Under A Bad Sign. But I said the same thing about David Boreanaz back in his BTVS days when he played Angelus. What is it about being evil that gives 'em a spring in their step?

I totally wanted to jump him after that. Jared, not David. It took me until season 2 of ATS to want to jump David. He got better looking with age, don't you think?

I think it was also that on BTVS they basically painted his face white which didn't flatter him at all. And he never smiled. When he put on just a bit of weight on his face and body and grinned on ATS and wore dark colours...damn. ;o)
