Will people ever not be back-stabby and awful to each other?

I feel like most of my job lately revolves around he-said-she-said and then dealing with some kind of mop-up-clean-up. I livein a world of finger pointing and suppositions and assumptions and gossip and constant need for undeserved validation and sometimes I JUST CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE.

Stop listening to it.

Remember? You can't be chased on the playground if you stop running. So next time someone comes to blab to you say "I love you. And I'm sorry your'e stressed about ___this___. But venting to me isn't going to help. Give ___So and so____ a call and tell them you need to go out to lunch. The two of you can duke this out. And then you'll both feel a whole lot better. And if you "love" ___so and so___ too much to duke it out and you don't want to "hurt their feelings" with confrontation - then this is obviously not a big problem and you don't need to be stressing about it." One thing I've learned about being a "big kid" is you're allowed to take the higher ground, and it's okay, and people might actually respect you for it!!

Then you do all the work that's required of you (nothing more! Saying "no" is okay!) And no one can complain about you :) and you can feel confident that you're fulfilling all your duties = sleep peacefully at the end of the day.

....And try switching to the Grilled Chicken Go-wraps. They're like the patch. They keep you satiated, but cut the calories like...in half. Cuz they're grilled. Grilled chicken go-wraps. Get it? (Like Jake Freeze, Frostys, Wendy's GET IT!?!!)
