KINGS OF CONVENIENCE 190310: third time as a second row girl yet again woop i'm so damn spoilt when it comes to concerts haha we got like near-aisle seats this time though but no complaining cos we eventually got a spot right in front ^^ and if you dont already know this i've had a crush on erlend oye for the longest time because he dances in the most amazingly geeky way ever, is half of koc and a quarter of the whitest boy alive, and generally looks like an overgrown dork!!!!!! so being in such close proximity to oye was like being spammed with so much joy i had to promise myself not to turn excessively red and combust ha hahahahaaaaaa okay okay anyway the concert itself wasn't anything mindblowing though it was good fun and because i just've this unexplainable urge to stand up and generally be excited at gigs it was really hard to stay still in my seat for the first few songs haha and when erlend was like 'ohay are you all bored of sitting down' i immediately SHOT UP when no one else did hahahaha embarrassing. .. ...

l o l okay yes i was dressed like chinese new year haha anyway setlist for the night: 24-25, i dont know what i can save you from, renegade, peacetime resistance, second to none, the power of not knowing, mrs cold, sing softly x the girl from back then, me in you, by big star, boat behind, my ship isn't pretty, misread, i'd rather dance with you, homesick, toxic girl, cayman islands and little kids. probably not in order and not exactly accurate but i loved the part where erlend got everyone to harmonise to one of their songs the crowd was so obedient! haha and apparently a lot warmer than the previous night's
everything that happened post-concert was a little crazy though haha but basically they refused to take photos with us we managed to get a half-photo though...... which i'm too embarrassed to put up here :~( but at least i told erlend to bring the whitest boy alive to singapore and he said yes maybe!!!!! so okay x fingers. everything else is a little hazy now though because this entry is like almost a month late haha
next up: copeland on the 5th of may i'll actually be helping out at the gig itself so say hi if you're going! i kinda left their music behind when i turned 17 ha ha but when paula sparks still gets me everytime. so okay quick market survey, which are the bands/acts that you're dying to watch and why? comment away thx xxx
