I had an interview today with Valley River Inn's bakery. I think it went pretty well.
I think it would be a great opportunity for me, but I am also not so sure they feel the same the other way around, since I have less experience than they might prefer.
Either way, I have a gig on Monday baking vegan croissants for the Cornbread Cafe. I'm being offered a "modest amount" and lunch. Works for me!
Also, I'm almost 21. I turn the day before St. Patrick's Day. Should be.. interesting?
I don't know if I want to go to a bar or not. I already have enough training that I can make just about any drink as well as I could get in a bar, for much less.
Plus I live in this nice big house, I feel like I should take advantage of that.
We even have a foos ball table and stripper pole.
To be honest, though, I'd prefer to go to OMSI, the zoo or the sand gardens in Portland, rather than a bar for my birthday.
