E Nomine - "Schwarze Sonne"
Techno-Gregorian.  Best idea ever.  The problem with this band, aside from the cheesiness, is that half their songs are monologue set to music.  Sing, dammit!

Ich + Ich - "Pflaster"
Their music is just...enjoyable.  A woman makes up the other part of "Ich" and she sometimes sings as well.

Lena - "Satellite"
She has a distinctive voice, maybe one that you'd expect from an indie artist.

Die Prinzen - "Deutschland"
The first song I heard from them was "Alles Schwarz."  I was then surprised and temporarily disappointed their discography was more like "Deutschland," but I got over it.

Rammstein - "Haifisch"
I shouldn't have to explain these guys.  I have to make sure no one in my family is around while I'm listening to them because of their sometimes offensive lyrics, but they're one of those bands I've loved forever and always will.

Slut - "Why Pourquoi (I think I like you)"
You know how fun it is to Google a band called Slut?

Virginia Jetzt! - "Wahre Liebe"
Soft rock/pop.  Now that I think about it, I'm not sure I've heard much more than this from them.
