*Chugga Chugga Chugga Chugga Chugga Chugga TOOOT! TOOOOOT!*
After a mandatory break I am finally going back to school! Laura and I registered for Ohlone and are waiting for our scheduled day to sign up for classes. We can only afford 2 classes each, but hey that’s a start. We need to apply for financial aid and if that goes through, which I am sure it will, then we can afford to be full time students. For the time being we will be taking English 101A and Political Science 102 as night classes. It’s gonna be hard since I am really busy, but I know I can do it. I will just hafta kick my own ass and if I don’t, I know Laura will kick it for me. For once I am actually excited about school…weird.
FOX (channel 2) should be arrested for canceling Arrested Development!! It was the most intelligent, original, witty, sitcom to come to TV in years. The show changed my life…seriously!! You know a show is good when you can make references to jokes in yr every day life…for example “Douche Chill” is the new “ooo Burrrnn”. LOL. I need to find the petition online and sign it like a million times. The show must not end with only 3 seasons!! It won 6 Emmy’s and has a cult following and yet they still cancelled it. My reasons why I think they cancelled it: 1. Most of the humor probably goes over the average persons head *wooosh* 2. Show is much funnier when u watch it from the beginning cuz knowing the characters makes it all the more funny 3. They use a lot of foreshadowing from past episodes for jokes 4. The show was on during Monday night football. Well they better bring it back!! I will burn season 1 for anybody that wants it. Just spreading the love. Haha
I just discovered the ingenious of the band Primus. They must be by far the weirdest band to become so popular (3 of there CD’s went gold 1 was in the top 10). Back in the 90’s I thought they were horrible, but I have expanded my music appreciation a lot more since then. For what it is, its amazing!! I bought the CD “Pork Soda” the other day and it took me a few listens to actually like it, u can definitely hear the Frank Zappa influences. Its good stuff. I will be buying more soon. Yup…
I just got back from lunch and I saw Ryan as I was heading back to my truck. It was cool. I can’t wait to practice this weekend.
