That funny thing called coincidence

I am a believer. No, not a hardliner of any religion. I believe in any God and none. I don't care about ITS name, look, age or sex. Anybody knows the crazy movie "Dogma" by Kevin Smith where God is a woman played by Alanis Morissette? What a gorgeous idea, isn't it? Or what a nice imagination of vaysha God being an old tree! Does it REALLY make a difference?

I don't follow rules just because they're rules, I don't try to be dignified. But I still believe. I believe that nothing happens without a reason. That behind every act, move, event, life, death, thought, feeling - or even the lack of all that - there is somebody or something organizing the chaos for a certain purpose. A purpose we are not supposed to understand or to find out. A purpose we are not even supposed to accept. But it's still there. A force, a power. It doesn't need our acceptance to exist - yet our existence could be easier if we'd be able to accept...

As a photographer I often challenge my own trust in this mighty ruler taking double exposures with my old camera. I don't make notices, I don't remember settings. I just shoot the film till the end then rewind the reel and shoot again. And some pictures now and then confirm my belief. Coincidences are nothing but a match in the universal puzzle.
